The ideal candidate will manage a variety of projects including high-rise and commercial developments while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

The role requires over 10 years of site management experience with excellent cost control and leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary, relocation package, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Site Management for a main contractor/general contractor.
• Experience delivering projects ranging from $20 Million+.
• Expertise in cost control, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, overseeing self-performed and subcontracted construction work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company policies.
• Develop construction strategies, project execution plans, scheduling, and estimating.
