The Campaign & Digital Executive will be responsible for supporting through the line advertising for Electric Ireland covering both the Residential and Business markets. Reporting to the Electric Ireland Advertising manager they will be responsible for supporting the production and execution of all marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the residential and business segment teams to understand their business needs and support in developing comprehensive communications that increase awareness & understanding of their brand, products and services in order to achieve agreed targets.
  • Develop and implement memorable, relevant and disruptive communications across traditional and digital channels to cut through in a crowded marketplace.
  • Collaborate day to day with the media planning and buying agency to deliver an effective and efficient multi-media channel strategy.
  • Collaborate day to day with creative agency to provide best in class strategic thinking, creative outputs and effective delivery of Electric Ireland’s advertising communications.
  • Understand and extract insights from customer research & segmentation analysis to create meaningful communications and agency briefs.
  • Develop post-campaign analysis and inform the wider business about campaign and digital performance. Develop presentations that interpret complex concepts and convert them into clear graphs, charts, and visual graphics to communicate through organised slides.
  • Manage and report on assigned marketing budgets, ensuring all Electric Ireland marketing activity complies with advertising standards, customer codes of practice, regulation, GDPR, and Brand Guidelines

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4years'experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant third level qualification or work experience.
  • Experience in briefing and motivating external creative & media agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Displays a high level of creative thinking and a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills to influence agendas at all levels of the organisation and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Energised, driven, resilient; a strong team player with the ability to multitask and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.

Location

This position will be based in Swift Square, Santry

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least two anchor days per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.

€48,100 - €56,600 per annum (depending on experience)
