Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead and elevate the Cafe du Parc service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee floor operations to deliver outstanding guest service
• Guide and mentor service staff, delegate tasks and manage rosters
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and cash procedures are upheld
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Partner with the culinary team to synchronise service delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in fast-paced hospitality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confident in carrying out briefings and team meetings
• Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland
