CAD Designer Dublin €40-50k

Inform3 is recruiting for a CAD Designer to join an Electrical Contractor based in Blanchardstown, Dublin to work on a range of projects for their expanding client base.

You will perform a variety of design and drafting activities working with both 2D and 3D design, including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects, creating libraries, coordinating data and liaising with the wider team to develop the design.

Role & Responsibilities

• Creating detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD
• Review electrical schematics in accordance with relevant standards
• Reviewing and updating drawings as needed
• Managing the delivery of CAD documentation
• Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Professional experience in a CAD position
• Experience in the design of electrical systems
• Knowledge of drafting and design principles
