Job summary

Fulcrum Digital in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a skilled C#/.NET engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications across web, desktop, or backend services.

You will work in a collaborative team, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers while staying up-to-date with the latest .NET ecosystem updates. The role emphasizes code quality, tests, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# and .NET/.NET Core (3+ years).
• Experience with ASP.NET Core for web APIs or MVC applications.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
• Version control using Git (branching strategies, PRs).
• Understanding of REST API design and consumption.
