Their mission is to help entrepreneurs buy, sell, and grow small to medium-sized businesses across Ireland, providing expert guidance with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Buyer Sales Analyst, where you’ll take on a key role in matching qualified buyers with business opportunities. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, qualify buyer profiles, and support strategic deal flow from initial contact through to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buyer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming buyer enquiries, responding promptly and maintaining confidentiality throughout.
  • Vetting & Qualification: Assess buyer suitability through financial checks, motivation analysis, and structured screening processes.
  • Opportunity Matching: Use data, industry insight, and buyer profiles to align prospects with suitable listings, working closely with brokers and advisors.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Develop and maintain targeted buyer lists based on sector, business size, and investment criteria.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate buyer records in the CRM system, monitor engagement activity, and generate regular reports.
  • Campaign Support: Help identify and follow up with warm leads as part of listing-specific marketing and buyer outreach campaigns.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s sales and marketing teams to align buyer demand with listing strategy.
