A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business/Process Analyst would be:
- Facilitating project workshops and meetings.
- Documenting project requirements and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyzing business needs and recommending solutions.
- Updating and maintaining project documentation.
- Providing support to the project management team.
- Assisting with stakeholder communication.
- Identifying areas for process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Unifier.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing project documentation.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience working in a support team environment.
- Knowledge of additional project management tools.
