• Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and identify new commercial opportunities within the hospitality market.
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate customer trends, preferences, and feedback in relation to menus, pricing, and service delivery.
• Support the company’s market positioning and assist with planning of business development and promotional initiatives.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and commercial relationships to support business growth.
• Analyze business performance data and prepare reports with strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Support the development of operational improvements to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in line with business development objectives.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in the restaurant and hospitality sector.
