We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive growth across Ireland. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy within the domestic construction market. You will be the link between our services and customers, ensuring our brand continues to expand and thrive. Commission is paid as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Research and analyse market trends to support growth strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Represent Spinetail Ltd at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Skills and Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (construction or related sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-driven, with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the domestic construction industry in Ireland is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Full driving licence desirable.
