We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team, with a proven track record in achieving sales. This is a sales-focused role where you can solely concentrate on selling, without the added responsibilities of account management. Working under the guidance of the Head of Sales, this role is perfect for someone with a knack for generating new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include market research, identifying areas for business growth, devising effective sales strategies, and securing rental agreements for our Workwear Business.

This position offers a generous remuneration package including a competitive salary, target-driven bonus, and commission.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Research the target market and identify business development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to win rental agreements for Workwear Business.
  • Generate and close new business, focusing on business gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
  • Use the CRM reporting system Salesforce.com for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in a sales environment.
  • Clear understanding of the consultative selling process.
  • Ability to research, analyze market trends, and identify new markets for PPE Workwear.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop a growth strategy.
  • Full Clean Drivers License.
