Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for an 8-month contract. You will provide hands-on functional support across the BC implementation, covering testing, deployment, post-go-live support, and transition to BAU operations.

You will work with stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, support UAT, and ensure smooth cutover and ongoing support. A strong BC Finance background and MB-800-style knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central in a consulting or client-support role.
Experience in at least one BC implementation, UAT, go-live or post-implementation support.
Strong knowledge of BC Finance: postings, dimensions, posting groups and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support to end users on Dynamics 365 Business Central across Finance and other modules.
Assist with UAT test scenarios, capture results, identify issues and log in the tracking system.
Investigate and categorize system queries, distinguishing user, process, data, permissions, configuration, integration defects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and partners to troubleshoot and progress resolutions.
Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities with functional input.
Document defects, support queries, and actions with clear ownership and follow-up.
