Job summary

Waystone is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process improvement and automation initiatives on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with stakeholders, map processes, and shape the design of data-driven solutions across a global, regulated environment.

The role focuses on eliciting requirements, translating them into high‑quality user stories and functional specs, and supporting BAU, enhancements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant Business Analyst experience in funds or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering digital, automation, or operational transformation.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Strong process mapping skills; MS Visio experience.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, based on project goals and objectives, supported by cost-benefit analysis producing intelligent business cases.
• Collaborate inside project structures, and engage directly with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Analyse end-to-end operational processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Map full business processes, provide solution options & benefit analysis and implement solutions for digital and lean process optimization improvements.
• Support Rapid Deployment Pods (RDPs) through discovery, testing, and implementation.
