Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Dublin. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborate with the Business, Technology and Operations team to gather, analyse, and document complex Business and data requirements.
• Keep abreast of Industry trends to support the delivery of “best in class” Products for our customers.
• Work with technical teams to design appropriate solutions to outline how the proposed solution will address business needs.
• Identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks within business processes and propose improvements using various techniques to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration or Financial technology, with Data Analytics and Financial management and Analysis, Research methods, International strategy among core subjects are mandatory for this job.
• Microsoft certifications if any will be an added advantage.
• Two years of work experience is preferred.
• Salary offered will be 16.80 Euros per hour.
