About the role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join a Commercial Team for a leading distributor, supporting the household brands portfolio. The Business Account Executive will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across promotions, pricing, reporting, and customer liaison. The role demands strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotion Management: Submit and track promotional proposals across grocery and pharmacy channels.
  • Product Setup & Pricing: Maintain product data and pricing updates in internal systems (e.g., FT, MD2).
  • Sales Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports by key account and support forecasting activities.
  • Customer Liaison: Handle daily queries from accounts and field sales teams.
  • E-commerce Support: Provide digital assets, imagery, and web data to retail partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Attend interdepartmental meetings and support other business units when required.
  • System Management: Work within Allegro’s internal systems to manage the day to day administration.
About you
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in FMCG or retail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and assertive in responding to business needs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced culture.
