Responsibilities

• Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks across the site, including lamp replacement, carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring.
• Carry out building fabric work: wall repairs, painting, ceiling/floor tiles, and furniture movement.
• Conduct washroom maintenance and general site inspections.
• Assist with building audits and prepare room setups in line with client procedures.
