The Role
  • Undertake surveys, inspections and site visits across residential and commercial projects
  • Review technical data, drawings, specifications and conditions to recommend solutions
  • Deliver detailed, accurate reports to high professional standards
  • Support senior surveyors and directors in inspections, defect analysis and advisory services
  • Provide guidance on building regulations, planning legislation, fire and housing regulations
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records and manage workload effectively
The Person
  • Degree in Building Surveying, Property or Construction discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar consultancy role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and best practice
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient IT user (MS Office; Revit/BIM desirable)
  • Full driving licence essential
