Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Bug Bounty Analyst to join our Security Operations team and manage the day-to-day activities of our Bug Bounty Program.

You will assess findings, coordinate remediation with owners, and work with researchers to mature the program and secure assets. You will collaborate with risk management, legal, and privacy offices, ensuring timely remediation and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or related field.
• Typically minimum 2 years of vulnerability management or bug bounty program experience.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Mac/Windows, security operations, intrusion detection, SIEM, pentesting, web app assessment, secure coding, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support severity assignment on reported vulnerabilities/bugs in line with CVSS.
• Communicate vulnerability findings to stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
• Develop strategies to address identified vulnerabilities with mitigation plans and timelines.
• Coordinate remediation of findings with white-hat researchers across Bug Bounty & Vulnerability Disclosure Programs.
• Analyze findings to identify visibility gaps and ensure remediation.
