Breakfast Manager – 5* Hotel Wicklow €40k

We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the breakfast team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all the breakfast & lunch offering within the property. The successful candidate will have experience within a High-end restaurant or a 4*/ 5* property.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a busy property or Restaurant
• Will have experience as F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager
• The ability to manage the team and food outlets
• Excellent knowledge and a passion for customer service
• To oversee the day to day running of the breakfast and lunch offering
• Knowledge of Hotel Standards of Service
• Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
• To work alongside other HOD to ensure the hotel maintains its standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and rostering of staff
