Job summary

The Westbury in Dublin is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team, focusing on breakfast service. You will prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes and run your section efficiently during morning service.

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintain food hygiene and safety standards, control portions and minimise waste, and help train junior team members. The role offers strong development and excellent benefits with The Doyle Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef.
• Experience in breakfast or high-volume service preferred.
• Ability to work early shifts and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food.
