The Westbury Dublin, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen for breakfast service. You will run your section efficiently during morning service and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
• Experience in breakfast or high-volume service preferred
• Ability to work early shifts and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes
• Run your section efficiently during morning service
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Control portions and minimise waste
• Assist in training junior team members
