Job summary

Nesta Storage is seeking a Branch Manager in South Dublin to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering world-class customer service. You will oversee daily retail operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and standards across the facility.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage payroll, budgets and vendor relationships. This is a hands-on position within a growing Irish-owned business that values people and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong sales and customer-service track record.
• Experience managing payroll and expenses.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• 3rd level education preferred but not required.

• Ensure team demonstrates sales-focused and customer-centric behaviours when interacting with customers.
• Provide a welcoming environment to customers through facility maintenance and vendor management.

• Experience in managing P&L including payroll and budgets.
• Conduct regular property audits to meet safety and standards.
• Manage delinquent tenant processes to reduce delinquency and improve retention.
• Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues and customers.

Main Duties:

• Recruit, hire, coach and retain an engaged team through ongoing coaching andleading by example.
• Ensure that team members demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behaviours when interacting with our customers.
• Provide a welcoming environment to customers through effective facilitymaintenance and labour and vendor management.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address their concernsquickly.
• Identify and celebrate operational successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
• Experience in managing P&L to include payroll, repair and maintenance and expense budgets.
• Conduct regular property audits, ensuring properties are safe and meet all company operational standards.
• Manage delinquent tenant process, including coaching teams to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
• Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership competency in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams
• Record of top tier performance as compared to peers and/or industry standards.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Ability to monitor and control payroll and expenses.
• Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• 3rd Level Education preferred but not required
