NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is looking for a Branch Manager in Co Cork/Mallow, Ireland. You will lead a branch team, drive sales and margins, ensure excellent customer service, and manage stock, costs, and safety. Previous automotive industry leadership and experience in dealer networks are valued for progression within a growing network.

Formación

• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with using online and Windows-based cataloguing systems.
• Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve branch sales, margin, and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Lead the branch team with focus on customer service and sales targets.
• Manage and control branch running costs.
• Oversee stock control, including stock taking and adjustments.
• Handle cash and accounts for customers as required.
• Support senior management in implementing policies and procedures.
• Communicate aims and objectives to the team.
• Oversee daily running of the branch and health & safety within the depot.
