Job summary

Collision Experts Galway East is offering a superb opportunity for a qualified and experienced Estimator to join our busy workshop in Galway on a full-time basis with excellent earning potential tailored for the successful candidate.

In this role you will manage insured and fleet accounts through the complete repair process, liaising with assessors, parts suppliers and our team to ensure quality control and timely handover and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Audatex estimating and bodyshop management systems.
• Strong knowledge of brand-specific repair techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple insured/fleet accounts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage insured/fleet accounts through the complete repair process.
• Direct front-of-house engagement with customers, estimate preparation, liaising with assessors and parts suppliers.
• Take responsibility per repair job from estimating to repair, quality control, handover and invoicing.
• Collaborate with MET Technicians, Painters, Panel Beaters, Apprentices and Valetors with a focus on quality control and efficiency.

Collision Experts Galway East are offering a superb opportunity for a qualified and experienced Estimator to work in our busy and thriving workshop with our Galway team, on a full-time basis, with excellent earning potential which will be tailored for the successful candidate.

Liaising with, and supported by, the Group Managers, Bodyshop Manager, and Reception, your role will be to manage specific Insured / Fleet Accounts throughout the complete repair process.

This will entail direct front of house engagement with Customers, estimate preparation and liaising with Assessors and parts suppliers.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Audatex estimating and Bodyshop management systems, together with a wide knowledge of brand-specific repair techniques.

You will assume responsibility per repair job on each of your assigned Accounts, from estimating right through the repair channel to quality control, handover and invoicing.

You will be working collaboratively with our team of experienced MET Technicians, Painters, Panel Beaters, Apprentices and Valetors, and will have a strong focus on quality control and efficiency.
