Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Building Management Systems, IO and field components.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems and building services related to BMS.
• Excellent customer management and communications skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• MS Office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate tender specifications from a BMS integrator perspective.
• Generate BMS points list and assign hardware and labour costs.
• Follow up on previously quoted works.
• Track tender submissions and manage timelines independently.
