Job summary

Link Force Ltd is seeking a Blocklayer Foreman for an ongoing project in Maugheraboy, Sligo. You will oversee the blocklaying team, ensuring high-quality work, timeliness, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating on-site activities, reading technical drawings and site plans, and maintaining strict safety protocols while delivering project specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman.
• Confident with blockwork installation and supervision.
• Safepass certification is mandatory.
• Full PPE to be worn on site.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/site plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the blocklaying team.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within safety regulations.
• Lead, organise and coordinate works on site, ensuring compliance with project specs and safety protocols.
