Job summary

Kilcawley Construction is recruiting block layers for projects in Sligo and Maynooth, Ireland. This full-time position offers 39 hours per week with a salary range of €40,000–€50,000 per year. The successful candidate will work on site, follow drawings, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal applicants will have experience in block laying, brickwork, rendering and plastering, and demonstrate a strong commitment to workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in block laying, brickwork, rendering and plastering on building sites.
• Ability to follow project drawings and ensure walls are plumb and true.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and on-site health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct blockwork and brickwork walls to specification.
• Carry out cavity wall construction with accurate DPCs, lintels and cavity barriers.
• Apply rendering and plastering finishes to required specs.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety on site.
