Job summary

The program provides hands-on experience across lab operations and cross-functional teams in a regulated biotech environment. Ideal candidates are UL or NUIG graduates in related fields, with strong English, organizational skills, and knowledge of FDA cGMPs.

Qualifications

• Course eligibility includes UL BSc in Industrial Biochemistry or NUIG BSc in Biotechnological and Pharmaceutical Products Manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite.
• Ability to communicate across all levels; basic FDA cGMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory-based experimentation and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Work with Upstream, Downstream and Analytical teams.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and project updates.
• Assist data analysis and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
