Fastnet in Dublin seeks a Bioprocessing Trainer to join its dynamic Training team. You will develop and deliver bioprocessing training across Upstream/Downstream, Fill Finish, ATMP/CGT, and related areas, tailoring programs for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes real-world content development, hands-on training delivery, and rigorous documentation. The candidate should excel in client engagement and operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Life Sciences, Biopharmaceutical Processing, or Engineering, or a BSc with significant industry experience.
• Deep practical expertise in Upstream/Downstream, Fill Finish, ATMP/CGT, and Quality/Regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced training team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training using the curriculum across bioprocessing areas.
• Maintain SOPs, batch records, and training documentation.
• Develop customised client training programs delivered online, onsite, or at client sites.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and assessment tools.
• Support facilities, equipment operation, and troubleshooting with the team.
