QCS Staffing Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Bio Process Associate Upstream for an initial 12-month contract in Ireland’s life sciences sector. The role offers hands-on experience with large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing and exposure to modern pharmaceutical technologies at a leading facility.

You will operate DeltaV and MES systems, follow cGMP and SOPs, and contribute to investigations and process optimization.

Formación

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Engineering or Science.
• Extensive experience in large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with DeltaV and MES or similar control systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions
• Creation and update of operating procedures & other relevant documentation for large scale manufacturing
• Operating production equipment within the assigned functional area
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
• Taking part in investigations and optimisation of processes using scientific, engineering, and lean principles
