Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Services / Technology Transfer within a biological bulk drug substance manufacturing organization.
• Proven ability to lead Technology Transfer initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements for biopharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transfers to achieve validation readiness and on-time PPQ.
• Define and execute validation strategies and guide PPQ activities.
• Own delivery of process documentation, gap assessments, and technical reports.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools to reduce transfer lead times and improve yield.
• Lead SME teams and provide knowledge transfer to Technical Services and Operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
