Job summary

Merck & Co. in Ireland is seeking an Engineering Graduate to join the MS&T team at Dunboyne for a 36-month rotational program. You will provide multidisciplinary technical support across manufacturing, testing and quality while developing leadership and project delivery skills.

The role focuses on tech transfer, process development and continuous improvement, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in engineering or related field.
• Some related experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for new product introduction and campaigns.
• Act as SME for process investigations and tech transfer activities.
• Develop strategies for technical studies and validate processes.
• Lead studies and coach MS&T and Manufacturing teams on site.
