Job summary

Eurofins PSS Ireland Ltd. is seeking a BioAssay Analyst to join our client-facing laboratory. You will perform analytical and bioassay testing to high quality standards, manage sample flow, and maintain records within a GMP-regulated setting.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain equipment and SOPs, and collaborate with a Eurofins team to deliver reliable results for release and stability testing on a biweekly shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline; GMP experience preferred.
• Experience with analytical techniques: HPLC, Capillary SDS, Capillary IEF, ELISA, UV, pH, turbidity and particulate analysis.
• Experience with LIMS and maintaining compliant laboratory records.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to lab work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills enabling collaboration within a Eurofins team.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and bioassay testing in line with pharmacopeial and Eurofins standards, generating and reviewing data to support release and stability testing.
• Manage receipt, distribution and tracking of samples across the laboratory with accurate documentation.
• Maintain expertise in assigned techniques; update SOPs and contribute to procedures and reports.
• Ensure proper use, calibration and maintenance of equipment while adhering to safety and quality requirements.
• Investigate deviations, identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to management.
• Train and support colleagues, maintain training records, provide cover, and work flexibly to meet client requirements.
