Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a BIM/Revit Technician for a client based in Limerick. You will produce clear 3D designs from concept to construction and manage model delivery and associated CAD documentation across healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial sectors.

The role suits someone with a Degree in Design and 2+ years of post-graduate Revit experience, able to read construction plans, handle concurrent projects and communicate effectively within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design with 2+ years' post-graduate experience with Revit.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear 3D designs from concept to construction.
• Manage model delivery and CAD documentation, and compile execution plans.
• Maintain overview of development including 2D/3D designs.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and schedules.
• Contribute to planning of team workload.
