Job summary

Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates in Ireland is seeking a experienced BIM Modeler to join our Civil & Structural team. Based in Dun Laoghaire / Balbriggan, you will work on roads, public realm, drainage and site development, delivering BIM models in collaboration with engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM and AutoCAD experience, with a preference for Revit or Civil 3D, and strong English communication. This is a permanent full-time position with a negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM and AutoCAD essential.
• Revit or Civil 3D proficiency preferred.
• Experience in road geometrical design and tender drawings is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design preliminary civil/structural BIM layouts with project engineer.
• Manage drawings: record issues, numbering, and version control.

Dublin Salary:Negotiable Education:Vocational Training/ Third Level Qualifications Type of Position:Permanent full-time position Experience: 5 + years The Role: CSEA seek civil engineering BIM Modelar to work on a range of Civil & Structural Engineering projects including roads, public realm/streetscape, drainage and utilities and site development works including site development associated with building projects.

Who you are:

• Candidates should be enthusiastic diligent team players who have an excellent knowledge and experience of BIM and AutoCAD.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a proficiency in Revit or Civil 3D.
• Ideally candidates will have some experience in the area of Road Geometrical Design, preparation of detail design and tender package drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is desirable.

What you will do:

• Civil / Structural BIM Experience Design preliminary layouts (in collaboration with project engineer) Drawing Management (record issues, assign numbering, etc.)
