Job summary

ADRM in Dublin is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate detailed security design models and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. You will work across multiple projects, ensuring precision and ADRM's standards are reflected in every deliverable.

You will collaborate with our design team to produce accurate drawings, countermeasure layouts, cabling schedules and related specifications, while supporting model coordination and continuous improvement of our BIM processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Security Design and Production environment.
• Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural technology, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam Revu applications.
• Understanding of physical security systems and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit/AutoCAD per ADRM standards.
• Produce detailed design documentation: drawings, layouts, cabling schedules, and specs.
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Update models to reflect design revisions and project milestones.
• Follow ADRM BIM standards, templates and workflows for consistency.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and stakeholders for timely deliverables.
• Support model audits and quality checks under BIM Manager guidance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of modeling practices.

The Opportunity

As a BIM Modeler at ADRM, you will play an integral role in developing and coordinating detailed security design models and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. Working across multiple projects, you will help bring security designs to life with precision and consistency. You’ll collaborate with our design team to ensure high-quality deliverables that reflect ADRM’s standards of excellence while contributing to the continued advancement of our design processes and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with ADRM standards and project requirements.
• Produce detailed design documentation including drawings, countermeasure layouts, cabling and conduit schedules, device typicals, risers, and related specifications.
• Assist with model coordination by identifying clashes and supporting coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage.
• Update and manage project models to reflect design revisions, coordination outcomes, and project milestones.
• Follow established ADRM BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure model consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and project stakeholders to support timely and accurate project deliverables.
• Support model audits and quality checks under the direction of the BIM Manager or Project Lead.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and assist with improving modeling practices and documentation efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or equivalent or related experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Design and Production environment
• Security industry experience required, with an understanding of physical security systems, design standards, and client environments
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam Revu applications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
