Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a BIM Detailer to deliver 3D and 2D co-ordination on projects across Ireland. The role is based on-site within a BIM environment, reporting to the Lead MEP Coordinator, with scope to contribute to tender information when needed.

You will produce Revit models, create installation drawings, and manage federated models, ensuring clash-free coordination and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or BIM qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years in a BIM coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Detail 3D elements for design and coordination.
• Produce 3D models in Revit and fabrication CAD.
• Create 2D coordination and installation drawings.
• Maintain federated model and perform clash checks regularly.
• Attend coordination meetings and support BIM processes.
