Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dublin is seeking a BIM Manager with a strong background in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience managing BIM teams and coordinating shop drawings for commercial and healthcare projects. Responsibilities include setting up BIM models from 3D to 6D and leading VDC meetings. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Job description

BIM Manager:

• At least 6 years of Singapore experience in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and coordination for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary coordination requirements during the construction stage.
• Ability to set up and manage BIM models from 3D to 6D implementation.
• Proven capability to lead VDC meetings.
• Manage the project BIM team.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
