Job summary

LotusWorks, an engineering services provider, seeks a Finance Coordinator to support monthly client billing, cost control, and forecast accuracy across datacentre and semiconductor projects. You will collaborate with Site Managers, Finance and Operations to ensure timely invoicing and audit-ready records.

You will also support tendering and commercial submissions, review scopes of work, contribute pricing inputs, and help develop standardised financial tools and dashboards to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management and project coordination.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly billing across assigned datacentre and semiconductor projects.
• Reconcile timesheets and validate invoicing to support accurate billing.
• Track PO values, spend profiles, and forecast cost-to-complete with variance analysis.
• Support tender submissions and pricing strategies with cross-functional teams.
