Job summary

Google’s gTech Ads team is hiring a Media Solutions Search Expert (English, Hebrew) based in Ireland. You will collaborate with account managers and regional Search teams to deliver hybrid Google Ads solutions, manage large hybrid customer portfolios, and translate data into actionable recommendations to maximize campaign performance.

You bring 5+ years in digital media or advertising, fluency in English and Hebrew, and strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• 3 years of experience in internet products and technologies.
• Experience in data analysis, with ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into compelling narratives.
• Knowledge of Search Platforms and products, the performance advertising market, or online ads landscape.
• Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and learn when it is appropriate to apply them, with an aptitude for technical design.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, with excellent relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close collaboration with account manager, industry manager, and in-country Search team to ensure alignment with customer objectives and plan.
• Develop Google Marketing Platform/Google Ads hybrid customers together with Google Ads Search Solutions Specialists to address the large number of hybrid customers.
• Ensure quality campaign performance; leverage ad-serving reporting and insights to enable future business and in-the-moment inventory business.
• Provide the Customer or Agency with Search media campaign solutions and proposals focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and agreement types.
• Maximize customer value by overseeing top campaigns and guide customers to fully utilize our platform, increasing product adoption in partnership with gTech Customer Experience.
