You will master product knowledge, perform makeup applications, shade matching, and engage customers through consultations and events, contributing to the brand’s growth in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional and welcoming experiences to customers.
• Provides expert product recommendations, shade matching, and makeup consultations.
• Carries out makeup applications and books customer appointments.
• Proactively engages customers through demonstrations and traffic stopping.
• Works toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Builds customer baskets with personalised recommendations.
• Maintains deep knowledge of Sculpted by Aimee products and launches.
• Supports CRM activity and customer recruitment.
• Keeps counter clean, replenished, and customer-ready throughout the day.
• Maintains hygiene standards across testers and stations.
• Assists with stock deliveries and event participation.
