DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY in Dublin is seeking a counter associate for a part-time role (30 hours/week) at an hourly rate of €14.46–€14.68. You will greet customers, advise on products, and ensure high standards of service and safety, while supporting merchandising and store operations.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic customer engagement, product knowledge gained through brand training, and teamwork within a luxury beauty environment in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail and luxury beauty is highly desirable.
• Comfortable engaging customers with product consultations.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Determine needs and suggest products with brand training knowledge.
• Ensure standards for quality, service, and health and safety.
• Educate customers about DECIEM brands and products.
• Manage customer feedback and queries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support merchandising concepts and tidiness.
• Process refunds and resolve issues positively.
• Open/close the store, handle deposits and paperwork.
