Job summary

McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy in Ireland is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to manage cosmetic counters and assist customers on the shop floor. You will be the face of the brand, delivering premium service and supporting stock control, promotions, and daily housekeeping of displays.

You should have excellent communication, the ability to handle high customer volumes, strong organisation, and a proactive approach to product knowledge and training needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cosmetic counters and shop floor sales.
• Be the main point of contact for customers on premium brands.
• Monitor counter and achieve weekly/monthly/yearly targets.
• Regularly clean and reorganise front counters.
• Generate interest through events, displays and promotions.
• Keep up to date with makeup trends and campaigns.
• Maintain stock levels, stock takes and ordering.
• Cover other store areas when busy and ensure correct pricing.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Advisor to join the team at McCauley Pharmacy Poppyfields!

This is a part-time, permanent contract.

McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy are a unique and highly successful “One Stop Health and Beauty Shop”. We are the leading Irish owned pharmacy chain with 35 branches nationwide and 500 colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking care of the cosmetic counters and shop floor sales and be the main point of contact for our valued customers for all premium brands.

As the face of McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy it is important that the successful applicant demonstrates excellence in the following skills and attributes:

• Monitor Counter and ensure all weekly / monthly / yearly targets goals are met.
• Responsible for the smooth and successful running of the cosmetic house
• Regular cleaning & re-organising of front entire counters
• Generate customer interest- do events, displays, posters etc
• Keep up to date on make-up trends and marketing campaigns
• Keep up to date with all paper work.
• Regular date checking of stock
• Stock takes and rolling stock takes
• Ordering of stock and ensure correct stock levels
• End of lines, identify and sell through.
• Cover other areas of the store when busy
• Stock-levels
• Pro active customer service and vigilance
• Correct pricing
