Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of Talbot Collection, is recruiting an Experienced Bartender to join our team. The role requires availability to work both midweek and weekends, including late finishes, to sustain high service levels.

The Bartender will deliver exceptional friendly service in line with the Talbot Collection Empower Your Excellence program, manage orders, prepare a range of cocktails and coffees, and collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume hotel bar or restaurant.
• Proficiency in cocktails, drinks, and coffee beverages with creativity.
• Strong customer-focused and friendly personality.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• Team player capable of working in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and serving drinks.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails.
• Expertly prepare coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of bar products and upsell when appropriate.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and age verification policies.
• Collaborate with bar staff, kitchen staff and management.
• Assist in planning and executing events and themed nights.
