Job summary

Coffeeangel Monaghan is hiring a Barista for our on-site Monaghan shop. Full training will be provided; no prior barista experience required if you are reliable and eager to learn. You will make espresso and milk drinks to our standard, greet customers, and maintain a clean, organized bar throughout service.

The role requires 35–40 hours per week, early starts from 6:30am, and right to work in Ireland. Competitive hourly pay and a range of staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work.
• Friendly, customer-focused with good energy under pressure.
• Able to stand for long shifts and handle early starts (6:30am).
• Willing to train from scratch; right to work in Ireland; 18+.

Responsibilities

• Make espresso, milk drinks, filter and matcha to standard; full training provided.
• Welcome customers and provide attentive service from entry.
• Keep the bar clean and ready for service; handle orders accurately.
