Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Barista in Ireland to join our hospitality team. You will serve speciality coffee and assist with food service, bringing a friendly, efficient approach and a can-do attitude.

A minimum of one year of barista experience and basic latte art skills are desirable, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. The role emphasizes a collaborative environment, ongoing training, and a commitment to balance, with excellent benefits under BaxterStorey’s rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to standard.
• Provide menu recommendations and follow allergen procedures.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and organised following schedules and COSHH standards.
• Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock and restock as needed.
• Use till systems for payments and orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.

Salary: €15 per hour plus Sunday premium

Schedule: Fully Flexible 5 days over 7

We're looking for a Barista to join our team. On a daily basis, you'll be serving speciality coffee and also supporting with food service in our restaurant. We're looking for a confident Barista who's got a minimum 1 year experience, you don't need to be an expert in latte art but basic hearts etc. would be great!

Job Description

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
