Job summary

Platform 1 Coffee in Killarney Train Station, Co. Kerry, is seeking a friendly Barista for our busy kiosk. The role is part-time with early morning shifts and a pay rate of €14.15–€15.00 per hour, with 30–42 hours per week possible.

You will prepare and serve coffee, operate machines, handle food, and deliver quick, friendly service while keeping the kiosk clean and following food safety standards. Some barista experience is essential, and baking experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Some barista experience essential (coffee machine use, milk texturing, etc).
• Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable with early starts.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small kiosk environment.
• Baking experience an advantage.

About the Role

• Early morning shifts required. Additional hours available at our other café business if desired.
