Job summary

Avoca Ireland is seeking enthusiastic Baristas for an immediate start at our Molls Gap location in Ireland. Both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (24 hours) positions are available. You will work with high-quality ingredients under a professional team, delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates will have Barista experience, food-handling know-how, and be flexible with shifts. We offer pension opportunities and clear career progression, along with a supportive work environment

Qualifications

Avoca operates in 13 Store locations, Central Bakery & Kitchen, Central Stores and Weaving Production Mill across Ireland. After all this time, the ethos of Avoca remains the same. Our skills might be steeped in a long and rich tradition, but our attitude is to look to the future. Now heralded as one of Ireland's most exciting retail stores, there are Avoca ceramics, clothing, perfumes, soaps and more from our own design studio. We have a host of award-winning cafes and restaurants, Food Markets crammed with artisanal ingredients from near and far, as well as a best-selling range of Avoca cookbooks. There are also gardens to explore at many of our stores, as well as florists and garden centres. The list goes on. And all of this from a modest handweaving mill, established in a rural Irish village in 1723.

We are looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our gorgeous Avoca Molls Gap location for an immediate start. There are both full time (40 hours) and part time (24 hours) positions available.

Food-handling experience in a similar position would be a distinct advantage and excellent customer service skills are a must. Barista experience is necessary for this role.

You will be working with the very best of ingredients & learning from a professional team.

Ideal candidates will be available for an immediate start, be motivated and self driven and have excellent customer service skills.

Candidates must also be fully flexible with working shifts and have a great work ethic.
