Compass Group Ireland is recruiting a Barista on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days). You will craft great coffee and contribute to daily routines, delivering friendly service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked coffee bar.

The role requires strong communication, prior customer service experience, and hands-on coffee equipment knowledge, with a focus on reliability and working well under pressure.

We're currently recruiting a Barista to join Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.

You'll craft great coffee and serve it with a smile, becoming part of our customers' daily routine, one cup at a time.

What You'll Do

• Preparing perfectly made drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Learning about brewing methods, drinks and food presentation
• Keeping the coffee bar clean and stocked with clean mugs and plates
• Checking the coffee equipment works properly and reporting any maintenance needs
• Taking cash and card payments
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
