Job summary

Sodexo is hiring Bar Staff for Dublin Airport on a full-time basis. You'll work both behind the bar and on the floor, delivering a high standard of service to guests from arrival to departure.

Applicants must have hospitality experience, excellent customer service, and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Garda Vetting and security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve pints, cocktails, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and food to a high standard.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend drinks and menu items.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and queries.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Operate tills and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and prepared throughout service.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic bar, restaurant, and back-of-house areas.

Please note: Due to airport security requirements, applicants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining, have a minimum B2 level of English, and be able to successfully complete Garda Vetting and Aviation Security Clearance. Employment is conditional upon meeting all of these requirements.

What you'll do:

• Support the wider team with general duties to ensure an outstanding guest experience at all times.
