Known for its welcoming atmosphere and award-winning standards, this venue is a cornerstone of Galway’s hospitality scene.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a motivated and professional team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong Irish bar experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and motivate bar and floor staff, including training and scheduling
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and budgeting
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming experience for both regulars and tourists alike
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience
